Buckeye, Arizona police say 23-year-old Zarian Dyer arranged for another man to sexually assault his fiancée, Bella Torres, inside her home on October 16 while her children were present. Torres fought off the alleged intruder, identified as 20-year-old Adrian Ayala, who told her that her partner had sent him through an arrangement made on Reddit. Ayala fled the scene and was arrested the following day at his Goodyear home.
According to investigators, communications found on the men’s phones outlined the planned attack in detail, including an alleged FaceTime call between the two during the assault. Dyer was arrested Thursday at his workplace and faces charges including aggravated assault, sexual abuse, attempted sexual assault, kidnapping and conspiracy. A motive remains under investigation, according to Buckeye Police spokesperson Carissa Planalp.
