The Sertoma Club of Greater Sarasota is trading its usual daytime luncheon for something a little more glamorous. The Sound of Style gala lands at the St. Regis Longboat Key Resort on Oct. 15 at 6 p.m., reimagined as a coastal black tie evening with a fashion show featuring local boutiques, led by T.Georgiano’s Boutique as the fashion house. Spartan Air Solutions is the presenting sponsor.
Every dollar raised stays local and goes toward the club’s core mission: helping people with hearing loss and communication challenges. That means free amplification devices, hearing loops in public spaces, bedside fire alarms that shake or flash instead of just beeping, and scholarships at the State College of Florida. The affiliated nonprofit Sertoma Kids served 130 children in 2025 and provided nearly 2,750 therapy sessions, a number that is easy to skim past until you picture the families behind it.
