THE FLORIDA HIGHWAY PATROL RELEASED THE NAME OF THE MAN KILLED IN A SINGLE VEHICLE ACCIDENT BACK ON SEPTEMBER 13TH.  TROOPERS SAY 22 YEAR OLD SAMUEL DE JESUS DIAZ-HERNANDEZ WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON STATE ROAD 31 APPROACHING A CURVE TO THE LEFT IN THE ROADWAY AT FARABEE ROAD JUST BEFORE 7AM.  DIAZ-HERNANDEZ MISSED THE CURVE AND DROVE ONTO THE GRASSY SHOULDER, SLIDING INTO A DRAINAGE DITCH.  THE FORD EXPLORER CONTINUED INTO A CONCRETE CULVERT AND BECAME AIRBOURNE OVER FARABEE ROAD UNTIL IT HIT A WOODEN SIGN AND A TREE.  DIAZ-HERNANDEZ, WHO WAS NOT WEARING A SEAT BELT, WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE, AND TROOPERS DETERMINED THAT ALCOHOL DID PLAY A ROLE IN THE WRECK.
