A TIRE BLOW-OUT CAUSED AN ACCIDENT ON THE INTERSTATE AT THE END OF THE EVENING RUSH LAST NIGHT.  THE FLORIDA HIGHWAY PATROL SAYS 47 YEAR OLD ALFRED MARTIN OF DADE CITY WAS NORTHBOUND ON I-75 NEAR MILE MARKER 173 JUST AFTER 6PM WHEN THE RIGHT REAR TIRE FAILED CAUSING MARTIN TO LOSE CONTROL OF HIS 2004 FORD TRUCK, WHICH OVERTURNED ON THE SHOULDER OF THE HIGHWAY.  A PASSENGER, 43 YEAR OLD WAYNE WILLIAMS OF TAMPA WAS FLOWN TO LEE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL WITH MINOR INJURIES.  NEITHER MARTIN NOR A SECOND PASSENGER, 28 YEAR OLD CHRISTOPHER BLANCHARD OF WEBSTER WAS INJURED.  TROOPERS SAY ALCOHOL WAS NOT A FACTOR AND THEY CHARGED MARTIN WITH CARELESS DRIVING.
