TWO RIVIERA BEACH RESIDENTS WERE INJURED WHEN A TIRE BLEW OUT ON THEIR SUV ON THE INTERSTATE LATE FRIDAY NIGHT.  THE FLORIDA HIGHWAY PATROL SAYS 67 YEAR OLD PEDRO ALONSO WAS NORTHBOUND ON 75 NEAR MILE MARKER 190 AT AROUND 11:20PM FRIDAY WHEN THE RIGHT REAR TIRE ON HIS DODGE DURANGO BLEW, CAUSING ALONSO TO LOSE CONTROL.  THE TRUCK VEERED INTO THE MEDIAN AT FIRST; THEN BACK ONTO THE ROADWAY WHERE IT OVERTURNED SEVERAL TIMES, LANDING ON ITS LEFT SIDE IN THE INSIDE LANE.  FORTUNATELY, BOTH ALONSO AND HIS PASSANGER, 53 YEAR OLD ANA BREWSTER WERE WEARING THEIR SEATBELTS.  BOTH WERE TAKEN TO VENICE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, WITH BREWSTER’S INJURIES CONSIDERED THE MORE SERIOUS OF THE TWO.  TROOPERS SAY CHARGES ARE PENDING THE COMPLETION OF THE INVESTIGATION.
